One bird, layers of mountains, morning mist. Shot with my 100-500mm to compress the distance and create these tonal layers. The seagull appeared at just the right moment, adding life and scale to what would otherwise be an abstract study in atmosphere and form. Sometimes the quietest images are the most powerful.
